Refund policy

If you purchase an item from UNCONDITIONAL that is not suitable, we are able to offer a refund, exchange or credit on full price items only, providing the return is requested within 10 days of receiving the item and the item is returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a credit/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still in place.
Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.
To request a refund, exchange or credit, please enclose the packing slip that’s included with your order and ensure this is shipped with the items you wish to return. 

There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) and this includes:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is marked, dirty, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, or has been worn or washed / dry cleaned.

Refund Approvals
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed within 10 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied, either to your original payment method or to your account in instances where a store credit is offered.  Store credits will usually be immediate, however please allow between 10 & 20 working days for refunds to be processed and to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Archive / Sale Items
Please note that items purchased from the Archive or sale items in the current collection are non-refundable.  These items are subject to significant price reductions and on this basis it is assumed that by purchasing, you are agreeing that the item cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

We only exchange items if they are NOT defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size (of the same item), then please email: and we will confirm stock availability.  If the item is in stock then we will hold it for you until we’re in receipt of your original order. If the item is not in stock, then a credit will be applied to your account for use within 12 months.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns within the UK

  1. Pack up the items to be returned, enclosing the packing slip.
  2. Fix the enclosed address label to the front of the parcel.
  3. Arrange shipping of your items, making sure you get/keep tracking information.

Royal Mail, DHL Parcel UK and DPD Local all offer reliable postage services.

Returns outside of the UK (if applicable)

  1. Pack up the items to be returned, enclosing the packing slip and any waybills or invoices for customs.
  2. Fix the enclosed address label to the front of the parcel.
  3. Arrange shipping of your items via your local DHL Global courier and quote account number 959092134 which will allow you to send your parcel using the Unconditional Import account. Make sure you get/keep any tracking information

Please note we do not offer postage paid returns at this time and are unable to cover shipping costs.  Any shipment costs for International shipping via DHL will be deducted when refunds are issued. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned products to reach us and/or your exchanged products to reach you, may vary.
When shipping an item back, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
